Pack

Our Pack has earned the quality unit award many times in the past, and has once again earned it for the year 2001.

Quality Unit is more than just a badge for our uniforms. It is a symbol of a healthy Pack, a Pack that has volunteers dedicated to delivering a great program to our boys. A Quality Unit is a sustainable Pack, and one that makes efficient use of our most valuable resource - donated time.

There are specific requirements that a Pack must meet in order to be certified as a Quality unit. These requirements are listed below.  The Pack has a strong parental leadership that have put together a fun program for the boys. We both need and expect the parents/guardians of Pack 411 to contribute in some way to running our Pack and Dens. We recognize that each person has different interests and amounts of time available, and so we have a variety of jobs from small to large.

The Cub Scout requirements for the Quality Unit are:

Training Cubmaster & 50% of den leaders will have fast start and basic training for their current position.

Two Deep leadership need 1 or more registered Trained and Active Asst. Cubmasters. 1 Registered adult is assigned responsibility for Youth Protection Training.
